Socialize is a marketing agency based in Doha, Qatar. This policy explains what personal information we collect through our website, our client portal and the services we provide — and what we do with it.
What we collect
- Contact details you give us — name, company, phone, email — when you become a client or request a quotation.
- The business documents we prepare for you: quotations, contracts, invoices, receipts and statements.
- Messages exchanged with us over WhatsApp, email or phone while delivering our services, including portal sign-in links.
- Website usage data collected through cookies, the Meta Pixel and analytics tools, used to measure our website and advertising.
How we use it
- To deliver the marketing services you engaged us for, and to run your client portal — sign-in links, documents, work progress and approvals.
- To issue and collect invoices and keep proper records.
- To send service messages only — we never send marketing messages without your consent.
- To measure and improve our website and campaigns.
Who we share it with
We never sell personal information. We share it only with the providers that run our systems — hosting, database, email, the WhatsApp Business Platform and Meta advertising tools — and with authorities where the law requires it.
Retention
We keep client records for as long as we work together and as long as Qatari law requires for business and tax records.
Your rights
