What we collect

• Contact details you give us — name, company, phone, email — when you become a client or request a quotation.
• The business documents we prepare for you: quotations, contracts, invoices, receipts and statements.
• Messages exchanged with us over WhatsApp, email or phone while delivering our services, including portal sign-in links.
• Website usage data collected through cookies, the Meta Pixel and analytics tools, used to measure our website and advertising.

How we use it

• To deliver the marketing services you engaged us for, and to run your client portal — sign-in links, documents, work progress and approvals.
• To issue and collect invoices and keep proper records.
• To send service messages only — we never send marketing messages without your consent.
• To measure and improve our website and campaigns.

Who we share it with

We never sell personal information. We share it only with the providers that run our systems — hosting, database, email, the WhatsApp Business Platform and Meta advertising tools — and with authorities where the law requires it.

Retention

We keep client records for as long as we work together and as long as Qatari law requires for business and tax records.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you. Write to hello@socialize.qa — see also our data deletion instructions at socialize.qa/data-deletion. We answer within 30 days.

Google user data

Our team runs clients' Google accounts from the Socialize platform (socialize.qa/platform). When a business gives us access, or our team signs in with Google to manage its accounts, we use data from these services:

• Google Business Profile: the listing's details, reviews, posts, photos and figures, to keep the listing current, answer reviews and report results.
• Google Ads: campaigns, budgets and results, to run the business's advertising and report on it.
• Google Analytics and Search Console: website visits, searches and indexing, to report how the website performs.
• YouTube: the channel's videos and figures, when a business asks us to run its channel.

How we handle Google data

• We use it only to deliver the work the business engaged us for, and only inside our platform.
• We never sell it, never use it for anyone else's advertising, and never use it to train AI models.
• Only the Socialize staff working on that business's account can see it, and we store sign-in keys encrypted.
• We share it only with the providers that run our platform (hosting, database and the AI service that drafts report text), and only so the platform can work.
• When a business removes our access or our work together ends, we delete its Google data within 30 days, except reports we have already delivered to it. A business can remove our access at any time in its Google account settings or by writing to hello@socialize.qa.
