Data deletion

You can ask us to delete the personal information Socialize holds about you — whether it came through our website, our client portal, WhatsApp, or Meta platforms connected to our services.
How to request deletion
- Email hello@socialize.qa with the subject “Data deletion request”, from the email address or WhatsApp number we have on record for you.
- Tell us who you are and, if you know it, which company or project your data relates to.
What happens next
- We confirm your request within 7 days.
- We delete your personal information — contact details, portal access and messages — within 30 days of confirming.
- Records we must keep under Qatari law (issued invoices, contracts, accounting records) are retained for the legally required period, then deleted.
If your data reached us through a Meta product — a Facebook or Instagram campaign, or WhatsApp — the same request covers it: we remove it from our systems and our advertising audiences.
