Socialize builds websites and web apps for clients in Qatar: restaurant sites, booking flows, admin panels and landing pages that load fast, rank well and work in Arabic and English. Each one ships with analytics, SEO and a real handover. You will build and ship client projects on a modern stack: Next.js, React, Tailwind, Supabase and Vercel. You work AI-assisted the way the best developers now do: fast with the tools, and strong enough to review, fix and secure what they write. Performance and polish are the standard: 90+ Lighthouse scores, clean responsive layouts, proper metadata and structured data. You will work directly with the founder, who builds the same way, and see your work live on real domains within weeks.

2+ years building for the web, with shipped sites or apps
Strong with React or Next.js, CSS and TypeScript
Fluent with AI coding tools, and able to debug their code
Understands hosting, DNS, domains and deployment
Sets up analytics, SEO and structured data properly
Comfortable with Postgres or Supabase and auth
Cares about Lighthouse scores and accessibility
RTL and Arabic layout experience is a plus
Writes clean code another developer can pick up
Based in Qatar, or remote on Doha hours
