Personal Assistant / Admin Assistant job in Doha, Qatar

Socialize is a social media and content agency in Lusail, Doha. The general manager's day runs across clients, shoots, ministries and banks, and one person keeps all of it moving: the calendar, the paperwork, the follow-ups and the office itself. You will own the calendar and appointments, handle government and bank errands through Metrash, Hukoomi and in person, triage email and WhatsApp, chase approvals and payments politely and persistently, and file receipts the day they happen. The role touches everything and everyone, so discretion and reliability matter more than any single skill. You will know the company better than anyone else in the building, and the company will depend on you knowing it.
