Socialize is a social media and content agency in Lusail, Doha. Behind the shoots and the campaigns is a company that has to keep its papers in order: work visas and Qatar IDs for the team, the commercial registration and its licences, and a steady flow of files for the ministries. You will handle all of it from start to finish: work permits, residence permits and QID renewals, family visas, the establishment card, the commercial registration and municipality licence, Qatar Chamber membership and document attestation. Some of it is done on Metrash and Hukoomi and some at a counter, and you will know which is which. You keep every renewal date, follow each file until it is closed, and keep a copy of every paper filed. This seat suits someone patient and organised who knows how the ministries work and stays calm in a queue. When a document expires in thirty days, you have already started on it. You report to the general manager, and everyone on the team counts on you for their papers.
