Terms of service

These terms govern the use of socialize.qa and the Socialize client portal. The marketing services we provide to each client are governed by that client's own signed agreement — where the two differ, the signed agreement wins.
The client portal
- Portal access is personal. Sign-in links go to WhatsApp numbers approved for your company — keep your device secure and tell us if a number should be removed.
- Approvals and change requests made in the portal by an approved number count as made by your company.
- Portal figures are for information; the issued documents remain the binding record.
Acceptable use
Don't attempt to access other clients' data, probe or disrupt the service, or use the portal for anything unlawful. We may suspend access that threatens the service or other clients.
Content and ownership
The Socialize name, brand and the software behind this site and portal belong to us. Content we produce for clients is owned as set out in each client's agreement.
Liability
The website and portal are provided as they are. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses arising from their use; liability for the services themselves is set out in each client's agreement.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Qatar, and the courts of Qatar have exclusive jurisdiction.
